To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of payment and your item must be in the original packaging. Please email mail@spilledinkstationery.com if you need to process a return; you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Original shipping costs will be refunded.
Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of your order and are based on Royal Mail shipping rates. Unfortunately we are unable to outside of the UK at present.
